The Fine Print

• The unit is non-smoking.  

• Sorry, no pets.  

• We follow the Capri Rental Guidelines and rent to vacationers who are:        

  a "family group"*, or

  at least 25 years of age, responsible for members of the group who are under 25.

*A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one property.  A non-family group is defined as unrelated adults, high school students, college students or any other group type situation not meeting the age requirement stipulated herein.**

**While the reports of ritual goat sacrifice in the sauna were never proved, a recent Senior Week was by all accounts a major fiasco resulting in a record number of evictions. There are many places that do cater to Senior Week guests.  Click HERE for a list.
